I found my new favorite Grocery Helper - The Supermarket Smarty.  The Supermarket Smarty is the ultimate reusable grocery list.  It features a unique patent pending design that informs, organizes and plans your grocery shopping. Including an easy dry erase surface, menu planner, coupon pocket, magnifying lens (to help read fine print), magnet clip/pen holder (attach to a wall or refrigerator) and a retractable and refillable dry erase marker!

And my favorite tidbit of information is that research shows people who shop with a list and stick to it are less likely to make impulse purchases which can add 30-50% on to your grocery bill.   I couldn't agree more and I am going to make a strong effort to stop my "shoot from the hip" style shopping to using the Supermarket Smarty every time I shop.
